Welcome to simply fit. simply clean.


As mentioned in my “Simply Natalie” page, I follow (the majority of the time) Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Diet. The purpose of the clean eating diet is to eat food closest to its source. This means fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds and meats. Clean eaters do not eat processed foods, or very little.
